The liquorice factory is open all week. During the week, you can explore the companies operating on the 2nd floor of the factory on your own according to the factory store's opening hours ( Mon 10am–2pm, Tue–Fri 10am–5pm, Sat 10am–2pm and closed on Sun).

During the birthday week, Mon–Sat 13–18 November, you have the opportunity to participate in the Kouvola Licorice Pro Pack raffle at the factory store. A total of five packs will be raffled off after the birthday week. The value of one pack is €52.
Pro Pack is the perfect Kouvola Liquorice fan package, which contains oven-fresh licorice and marmalade products, such as traditional licorice pieces, festive marmalade, licorice sweets and licorice powder.

In honor of its 1st anniversary, lunch restaurant Ruokala 57 is offering a delicious lunch Monday–Friday, November 13–17, from 10:30 am to 2 pm for €10 (regularly €12.50).

A speech by liquorice factory owner and CEO Timo Nisula in the auditorium on the 2nd floor of the liquorice factory. Topics include the history, present and future of Kouvola Liquorice.

Kymisinfonietta's groove duo, Visa Haarala (flugelhorn) and Aleksi Saraskari (tuba), will perform lighter and more entertaining music at Ruokala 57.

Kusmiku from Heinola will be tasting the sweet liquorice pizza that won the dessert category of the European Street Food Championships in the main lobby of the licorice factory starting at 10 am. Limited quantities of pizza will be available. Pizza can also be purchased.
