Kouvolan Lakritsi Oy's standard terms and conditions 29.4.2020
General terms and conditions
kouvolanlakritsi.fi is the marketplace of Kouvolan Lakritsi Oy (Y: 0911055-6). These terms and conditions apply to the trading relationship between Kouvolan Lakritsi Oy and its customers. The services and products provided by Kouvolan Lakritsi Oy are also subject to the terms and conditions defined by the service provider in question. Kouvolan Lakritsi Oy reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice. The terms and conditions in force at the time of ordering shall apply to orders. Kouvolan Lakritsi is not liable for damages caused by force majeure. Force majeure is considered to be an unforeseeable circumstance or change in circumstances beyond the control of Kouvolan Lakritsi Oy. Kouvolan Lakritsi Oy is obliged to inform the customer of force majeure without delay.
The customer and data protection
The commercial relationship will be governed by the applicable Finnish and EU legislation on consumer sales, marketing and advertising. The commercial contract between business customers and Kouvolan Lakritsi Oy shall primarily be governed by these terms and conditions and otherwise by the Finnish Commercial Code.
When placing an order, the customer is obliged to provide full contact details, which for a consumer customer include at least name, address and telephone number and possibly an e-mail address. For business customers, the information required is the name, telephone number and e-mail address of the contact person, as well as the business ID, postal address, telephone number(s) and, where applicable, the billing address.
Customer data is stored in Kouvolan Lakritsi Oy's customer register, where the data is used to maintain the customer relationship. For more information on the Privacy Policy (GDPR), see below under the heading Register and Privacy Policy.
Cookies
The kouvolanlakritsi.fi website uses cookies to further develop the website to make it more user-friendly. The purpose of cookies on the kouvolanlakritsi.fi website is to facilitate, improve and speed up your browsing experience. Cookies can also be used to provide better offers and more personalised product recommendations to the customer. A cookie is a small text file that Kouvolan Lakritsi Oy's web server stores on the user's hard drive. Some of the content on kouvolanlakritsi.fi may require you to accept cookies in order to function. The user's web browser is likely to accept cookies with the default settings, but the user can also prevent the use of cookies in the browser settings or by deleting cookies from the browser when the service is terminated. Price list
Prices include VAT but exclude transport unless otherwise stated. If there are obvious price errors in the price list, the product will not be sold at a clearly lower price if it can be assumed that the customer has understood the existence of the error.
We always check prices at the time of processing. In the event of a price decrease, we will correct the prices in the customer's open order. On the other hand, if the price of a product increases before the order is dispatched, we will deliver them at the original price.
Delivery
We aim to process a completed order within 48 hours of receipt. A completed order means an order for which all products are in stock and reserved for the order, and the payment method for the order has been accepted.
Kouvolan Lakritsi Oy is not obliged to reserve other products of the same order for the customer if the availability of one product is poor or its delivery is delayed due to reasons beyond Kouvolan Lakritsi Oy's control. Alternatively, the consumer may accept either a subsequent delivery of the delayed product or cancellation of the order. The postage costs of the subsequent delivery will be charged in accordance with the price list in force. The products in the order are reserved for a maximum of 7 days, after which the order will be cancelled unless the customer has agreed to a subsequent delivery in accordance with the terms and conditions of Kouvolan Lakritsi Oy.
Payment
Up-to-date information on payment methods can be found on the website of Kouvolan Lakritsi Oy. Please note that online payment (e-payment) with bank IDs requires the creation of a customer account.

Payment service provider
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) is the payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution. In case of complaints, please contact the supplier of the product in the first instance.
