Shipping policy


We strive to process completed orders within 48 hours of submission. A completed order is an order in which case all of the products are in our warehouse and reserved for the order, and in which case the order’s payment method has been accepted.

Kouvolan Lakritsi Oy is not liable to reserve other products under the same order to the customer if some of the products ordered are not readily available or delivery thereof is delayed for reasons beyond the control of Kouvolan Lakritsi Oy. The consumer may alternatively choose postponed delivery of the delayed product or cancelling of the order. In case of postponed delivery, the mailing expenses will be charged in the regular manner, according to the price list in force. Products included in an order will be reserved for a maximum of 7 days; if the customer has not accepted postponed delivery on the conditions of Kouvolan Lakritsi Oy, the order will be cancelled.
