General information about delivery
In addition to Finland, we deliver to the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
Please note, we do not deliver outside the EU.
The maximum weight for online deliveries is 30 kg. If your order exceeds this limit, please contact myynti@kouvolanlakritsi.fi

Delivery time
We aim to process your completed order within 48 hours of receipt. A completed order means an order for which all products are in stock and reserved for the order and the payment method for the order has been accepted. During promotions, we may receive a large number of orders, which may cause the online shop to become congested and delivery times to be longer than normal.
Kouvolan Lakritsi Oy is not obliged to reserve other products of the same order for the customer if the availability of one product is poor or its delivery is delayed for reasons beyond Kouvolan Lakritsi Oy's control. Alternatively, the consumer may accept either a subsequent delivery of the delayed product or cancellation of the order. The postage costs of the subsequent delivery will be charged in accordance with the standard price list in force. The products in the order are reserved for a maximum of 7 days, after which the order will be cancelled unless the customer has agreed to a subsequent delivery in accordance with the terms and conditions of Kouvolan Lakritsi Oy.
