Ingredients (about 20 pieces)
1 dl rapeseed oil or 100 g butter or margarine
2 ½ dl oatmeal
½ dl wheat flour
1 dl sugar
2–3 tablespoons Kouvola Liquorice powder
1 egg
Guide
- Put the rapeseed oil or melted butter or margarine in a bowl and mix in the oatmeal, wheat flour, sugar and licorice powder.
- Finally, add the egg and mix until smooth.
- Place the dumplings by the spoonful on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 200 degrees for 5–7 minutes.
- Let cool for a moment before removing the cookies from the baking sheet.
- Enjoy!
