Licorice Wrap Tart | Kouvola Licorice

We have launched a heavenly-tasting licorice spread that you can use to flavor desserts and pastries. Mix it into various mixtures or use it as a filling. If you wish, you can also mix cream cheese or curd into the licorice spread. This spread is completely unique. Licorice wrap tart
10-12 servings

4 eggs
1 ½ dl sugar
1 ½ dl potato flour
2 teaspoons baking powder

Filling:
2 jars of Kouvola Licorice Spread

To the surface:
1 dl whipping cream
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
+ Kouvola Licorice Licorice pieces

Whisk the eggs and sugar until fluffy.

Add the mixed dry ingredients and fold into the egg-sugar mixture. Spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 225 degrees on the middle rack of the oven for about 7 minutes.

Place a sheet of baking paper on the table and invert the tart pan onto the baking paper. Let cool for a moment. Spread the licorice spread on top. Roll up tightly and place on a serving platter.

Whip the whipping cream and season with sugar and vanilla sugar. Spread the whipped cream on top of the wrapped tart and decorate with licorice pieces.
Store in the refrigerator until serving time.

Tip! If you wish, you can season the whipped cream with Kouvola's Lakritsi lakukinuski sauce or laku sauce, or drizzle the sauce over the tart.
