Ingredients (4 servings)
1 l pitted plums or damsons
1 tspKouvola Liquorice powder
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
Icing:
100 g butter or margarine
2 dl sugar
3 dl oatmeal
2 tspKouvola Liquorice powder
In addition:
2 ½ dl foaming vanilla sauce

Guide
- Rinse the plums or damsons and remove the seeds.
- Place the ingredients in a baking dish and sprinkle licorice powder and vanilla sugar on top.
- Cream together the butter or margarine, sugar, oatmeal and licorice powder and spread over the plums or watercress.
- Place in a 200 degree oven for about 15–20 minutes or until the surface is nicely browned.
- Serve with foaming vanilla sauce and licorice-cinnamon sauce.
