½ kg beetroot
50g butter
2 tspKouvola Liquorice powder

- Wash the beets and cut them into chunks, either peeled or with the skin on.
- Place the slices in a baking dish and add butter in small pieces.
- Mix in thelicorice powder.
- Cook at 200 degrees on the middle rack of the oven for about 40 minutes or until the beets are cooked.
- Serve as is or as a side dish to other dishes.
