Ingredients (about 30 pancakes)
½ l milk
2 eggs
1 dl Kouvola Liquorice Sauce
3 dl wheat flour
½ dl rapeseed oil or melted butter or margarine
In addition:
Butter or margarine for frying

Strawberries or other berries or fruits

- Put the milk in a bowl and break the eggs into it.
- Add the licorice sauce and mix.
- Add wheat flour, rapeseed oil or melted butter or margarine. Mix until smooth and let it swell for about half an hour.
- Fry in a hot frying pan with butter on both sides.
- Serve with licorice or licorice-marzipan sauce and strawberries.
- Crumble meringues on top if desired.
