4 cl Dark rum.
1.5 tsp Licorice syrup
Sima
Lemon slices
Mix the ingredients well with ice. You can also shake the rum and syrup together to mix the syrup well. Pour the well-mixed ingredients into a glass. Garnish with lemon slices. Enjoy.
P.S. Drop breads are an excellent side dish with a drink and you can add a nice twist to the atmosphere by playing a little Siikatte.
Licorice syrup (make about 1dl of syrup)
1.5 dl brown sugar
2 teaspoons licorice powder
3 dl water
Bring the ingredients to a boil in a saucepan and simmer gently for about 20 minutes until the mixture has thickened to a syrupy consistency. Let cool well. The taste improves over time, so it is best to make this the day before.
