You can make delicious jam from the lovely raspberries of summer. Try adding our liquorice powder to the jam – this wonderful little addition works wonders for the jam. Serve the jam with waffles and Kouvola's liquorice-vanilla sauce .
Raspberry-licorice jam
Ingredients (1 large jar)
500 g raspberries
½ kg jam sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
2 tablespoons Kouvola Liquorice powder
Guide
Wash the raspberries and put them in a saucepan. Bring to a boil quickly.
Add the jam sugar, vanilla sugar and liquorice powder. Let it simmer gently for about five minutes. Pour the jam into a heated jar or jars and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
